4β6 DannyKam Chicken Thighs (bone-in or boneless)
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
Β½ teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh coriander for garnish
Pat dry your chicken thighs β this helps them brown nicely.
Heat oil in a pan and sear both sides until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sautΓ© onions, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
Add tomatoes and cook until soft and saucy.
Sprinkle in paprika, salt, and pepper, then mix well.
Add the browned chicken back to the pan, cover, and let it simmer for 20β25 minutes on low heat.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
Serve your chicken thighs with ugali, pilau rice, or mashed potatoes β all perfect Kenyan sides that make every bite complete.
If you want to take it up a notch, try marinating overnight with yogurt, garlic, and herbs β that trick makes your chicken buttery tender and bursting with flavor.
At DannyKam, we do more than sell meat β we protect Kenyaβs love for real, naturally raised meat. Every chicken cut you buy supports local farmers and ensures your family enjoys clean, healthy, and delicious meals.
We donβt rush. We care. And we always deliver quality you can taste. π°πͺ
