2. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our sole discretion
- Pricing: All prices subject to change without notice. Prices confirmed at checkout are final
- Payment: Full payment required before order processing. No credit terms offered
- Payment Methods: M-Pesa, bank transfer, cash on delivery (where available)
- Failed Payments: Orders automatically cancelled. Re-ordering required at current prices
- Minimum Orders: KShs 500 (Nairobi), KShs 1,000 (other areas)
IMPORTANT: Order confirmation email/SMS constitutes acceptance of your order. Until then, no contract exists.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

- We do not guarantee exact weight, color, or appearance
- Product availability subject to stock and seasonal variations
- Substitutions may be made with products of equal or greater value

- All meat products are sold fresh unless specifically marked as frozen
4. DELIVERY TERMS
- Delivery Areas: Nairobi and selected surrounding areas only
- Delivery Times: Estimates only, not guaranteed
- Delivery Charges: As displayed at checkout, subject to change
- Failed Delivery: Customer responsible for additional delivery charges
- Access Requirements: Customer must provide safe, accessible delivery location
- Delivery Confirmation: Delivery complete upon handover to any person at delivery address
DELIVERY RISK: Risk of loss transfers to customer upon delivery. We are not responsible for products after successful delivery.
5. QUALITY AND RETURNS
- Quality Standards: Products meet industry standards at time of delivery
- Inspection Period: Quality issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
- Return Conditions: Products must be in original packaging, unopened, and properly refrigerated
- No Returns: No returns accepted after 2-hour window or for change of mind
- Refund Process: Refunds at our sole discretion after investigation
- Replacement: Subject to stock availability
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
MAXIMUM LIABILITY: Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the specific product. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- Loss of profits, business, or opportunity
- Food poisoning or illness (customer responsible for proper storage)
- Damages exceeding the order value
- Third-party actions or omissions
- Force majeure events (weather, strikes, government action, etc.)
7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Information Accuracy: Provide correct delivery and contact information
- Payment: Ensure sufficient funds and valid payment methods
- Receiving Orders: Be available to receive deliveries during specified times
- Proper Storage: Store products correctly after delivery
- Reasonable Use: Use website and services reasonably and lawfully
- Compliance: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All website content, logos, and materials are our exclusive property
- No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use permitted
- User accounts and access are non-transferable
- Violation may result in legal action and account termination

11. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

- No refunds for terminated accounts
- Outstanding balances remain due
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- Governing Law: These terms governed by Laws of Kenya
- Jurisdiction: Nairobi courts have exclusive jurisdiction
- Limitation Period: Claims must be made within 30 days of issue arising
- Mediation: Disputes subject to mediation before court proceedings
- Legal Costs: Losing party pays winner's legal costs
13. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, supplier failures, transportation issues, labor disputes, or public health emergencies.
14. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Invalid provisions will be replaced with valid provisions achieving the same commercial purpose.
15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms constitute the entire agreement between parties. No other representations, warranties, or agreements apply unless in writing and signed by authorized company representatives.
