1. Acceptance and Modifications

• These terms apply to all users, customers, and visitors
• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice
• Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of new terms
• Current terms supersede all previous versions
• No verbal agreements or representations modify these terms

2. Ordering and Payment

• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our sole discretion
• Pricing: All prices subject to change without notice. Prices confirmed at checkout are final
• Payment: Full payment required before order processing. No credit terms offered
• Payment Methods: M-Pesa, bank transfer, cash on delivery (where available)
• Failed Payments: Orders automatically cancelled. Re-ordering required at current prices
• Minimum Orders: KSh 500 (Nairobi), KSh 1,000 (other areas)

3. Product Information and Availability

• Product descriptions and images are for reference only and may vary
• We do not guarantee exact weight, color, or appearance
• Product availability subject to stock and seasonal variations
• Substitutions may be made with products of equal or greater value
• Nutritional information provided as guidelines only
• All meat products are sold fresh unless specifically marked as frozen

4. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Delivery is available within designated zones in Nairobi and surrounding areas
• Customer must be available to receive the order at the specified address
• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events outside our control
• Same-day delivery requires orders placed before 7:00 PM

5. Quality and Freshness

• All products are inspected before dispatch
• Quality complaints must be reported within 2 hours of delivery
• We are not responsible for quality issues arising from improper storage by the customer

6. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed
• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses
• We are not liable for losses arising from misuse of products

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
