Description
Lamb chops are the simplest luxury in the shop: rich, tender and full of flavour, and they need almost nothing done to them. Season with salt and pepper, sear hot for three to four minutes a side, and serve them pink. Excellent on a grill or in a pan with butter and rosemary.
